How have all these dogs touched our lives? Shasta is our Kezzy Sioux' mother, Jake is Shasta's father and Nero, Kaleb and Karl are Kezzy's sons. Nero was the
youngest to cross the rainbow bridge, he came down with parvo as an 8 month old pup, Kaleb crossed the bridge July 24th, 1998, with severe kidney malfunction;
both were owned by John and Katie in Edmonton. Shasta was a diabetic dog for her last three years and was fortunate
that Heidi, our sister-in-law, is a dietician and was responsible for writing the diet regimen for the Edmonton Health Board. With her special knowledge and care,
Heidi made sure Shasta was always comfortable.
